Senior Citizen Health Package
This is a health checkup package for the ageing and the elderly. It is recommended for individuals with family history of diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease & anemia. It includes a broad-based screening of the vital organs, which exhibit common problem for the middle aged 50 years & above. Organs screened are liver, kidney and thyroid along with general blood tests. It also includes test for prostate function in males and cervical screen for females.
Tests to identify disease conditions:
- Liver: Bilirubin (Total, Direct, Indirect), SGOT, SGPT, Alkaline Phosphate, Total Protein, Albumin, Globulin, GGTP
- Kidney: Blood Urea, S. Creatinine, Uric Acid, Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Phosphorus
- Heart: Total Cholestrol, HDL Cholestrol, LDL Cholestrol, Triglycerides, Lp(a) protein
- Thyroid: TSH, T3, T4
- Sugar: HbA1c, Blood Sugar Fasting
- Haemogram: HB, TLC, ESR, DLC, Platelet Count, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RBC, PCV, RDW, Peripheral Smear
- Urine Routine and Microscopy: Colour, Appearance, pH, Albumin, Bilirubin, Ketone, Leukocyte Esterase, Urobilinogen, Sugar, Specific Gravity, Blood, Pus Cells, Epithelial cells, RBC, Crystals, Casts
- Vitamins: Vitamin B12, Vitamin D
- Allergy: IgE
- Other tests: Iron, Blood Group ABO & RH, R A Factor, HBsAg, Anti HBs, Chest X-Ray, ECG, PSA for Males/ Pap Smear for Females
