We present an extremely rare case of OEIS complex with an incidence of 1/ 2,50,000 to 1/ 4,00,000 per live birth.
The spectrum of malformations in OEIS complex are Omphalocele, Exstrophy of bladder, Imperforate anus and Spinal defects.
This patient was referred for a Level II scan at 19 weeks.
